SASOL Young Explorer App

Project Description

The SASOL Young Explorer Mammals App, which was shortlisted for the MTN App of the Year 2015 was a great example of how we collaborated with our client, Penguin Random House to produce a truly spectacular app that is regularly one of the top-grossing apps in Africa.

The Sasol Young Explorer app [shortlisted for the MTN App of the Year Award 2015] was a challenging project both creatively and technically, and Penguin Random House needed the right app development partner to make it possible. We considered a number of app developers and were fortunate to find App Developer Studio (ADS), who met our creative, technical and commercial requirements. In the early scoping and planning stages ADS really helped with the UI and UX aspects and the feature specfications, leading to a solid technical brief which helped throughout the project. A highly iterative development approach, clear communication, and both teams working closely ensured the project was delivered on time and budget. ADS offer great app development as well as creative input and project management, which is a rare combination.
