To implement a custom AI bot built on ChatGPT requires advanced development skills (such as in the Python development language, LlamaIndex, Langchain and JSONL formatting), and an understanding of concepts such as training datasets, structured data inputs, Pydantic output parsing, guardrails and bias which we are experts at.

An example of this is the patented AI-powered car scanning app called i-Dent-ify that we built for a client. The app allows users to scan different angles of their cars with their cameras. The app will pick up any dents and scratches and create a digital report for the user. This is a great tool for the automotive industry, especially car rental agencies and vehicle marketplaces.

Improving Access, Service and Sales
We also built an AI-powered bot for Kwanele to provide survivors of Gender Based Violence (GBV) with easy access to critical legal information about protection orders (other areas like a rape toolkit will be added). The bot is being built by ‘training’ a Large Language Model (LLM) to fine-tune a layer on top of ChatGPT with data and content to simplify complex legal terminology into plain English, ensuring survivors can navigate the legal process with confidence and clarity. The bot won the 2nd Prize (and $30,000 in prize money) in The Mozilla Foundation’s Ethical AI Challenge in San Francisco in May 2023 We are very proud because the competition was so fierce - there were over 240 entries for this challenge from 46 countries.
