Zuzi is a generative AI powered chatbot that provides legal advice to anyone in South Africa who has been a victim of, or is vulnerable to Gender Based Violence (GBV). She is trained on a dataset including relevant laws, regulations, support advice and translates this legalise into language (including local languages) that anyone can understand. She's available on the web, WhatsApp and Facebook. Winner of multiple Awards, including from The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Mozilla.
